When placing an order, the client must provide accurate "data points" (assignment briefs, module guides, and deadline dates). The Lab is not responsible for outcomes based on incomplete or inaccurate data provided by the client.
Our research reports and drafts are provided for educational purposes only. Clients are expected to use these materials as a foundation for their own original work. Direct submission of our drafts as the client's own work is strictly prohibited and violates our core laboratory ethics.
We guarantee delivery of all "results" within the agreed-upon timeframe. If a technical failure occurs within our laboratory systems leading to a delay, the client will be notified immediately and compensated according to our refund policy.
The Lab provides free revisions within 14 days of delivery, provided the requested changes are within the original scope of the assignment brief. Major changes to the "experiment parameters" (new requirements) will be treated as a new order.
All financial transactions are handled through secure 256-bit encrypted channels. Full payment is required before the laboratory begins processing the final research deliverable.
